Prices and shipments policy

PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, DUTIES AND TAXES.

Product prices are in Euros, including VAT and all other taxes. Shipping costs are not included and will calculated at the time of checkout.

For delivery to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order includes duties and taxes applicable for most countries to which we ship. In this instance, the final price at checkout will be inclusive of duties and taxes and shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

For Andorra, Russia, Taiwan, Vietnam and Yemen, duties and taxes are not included in the final price at checkout and the order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The total price indicated at the time of checkout will therefore be net of any Customs duties or other sales taxes, which, if due, the Customer must hereby undertake to pay, in addition to the price indicated in the order and in accordance with the legal provisions of the country to which the Products will be  delivered. The Customer is invited to check with the relevant Customs Office in the destination country in order to obtain specific information on any duties and/or taxes applicable.

Please note that additional taxes/duties may apply on imports to delivery destinations outside the European Union and any such costs, charges, taxes or duties applied to Products ordered by any given country and for any reason whatsoever, shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.

SHIPMENTS

Your order will be confirmed and shipped within two working days of order receipt.

For orders placed by credit card, one working day may be added to the normal shipping times for administrative checks. 

 The Customer will receive an e-mail with a tracking number which can be used to monitor the shipping and delivery process of the Product on the relevant courier website. 

Express service delivery is available for all destinations. For Italy, Europe, the United States and Canada, delivery is within 1-2 working days after dispatch and for all other destinations, is within 2-7 working days. Standard shipping for delivery within 2-6 working days is only available in certain countries. All shipping options available and related costs for each destination will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times may vary in certain circumstances, such as during holiday periods or business closure times.

The couriers used are GLS for domestic shipments, FedEx and DHL for international shipments.

The couriers deliver from Monday to Friday. Delivery will not occur on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, issues relating to Customs clearance procedures, any other facts relating to the provision of courier services or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the outer packaging. If the Customer finds any anomaly in the delivery, e.g. damage to the outer packaging, the Customer must sign and indicate their reservations on the delivery note, then contact our Customer Service.
